Bay Property Group is a sad excuse for a property management service. I had the displeasure of working with Jonas Judd on renting an apartment, and was met with cursory replies, confusion, and extended wait times. At no point did Jonas offer clear direction on how to proceed with renting a unit. They never answer the phone. If you own a property and are trying to rent it through Bay property group, I would look elsewhere.
Called this real estate broken company over a week ago and left a message with Ashley. Took forever to get that done and nobody called me back. I would suggest if you have a commercial property to rent out don't waste your time with this company, I was able to find out more through a quick internet search that I could from the company representing the property on Market by Noe.
