The very best perch in the world. Will miss our perch dinners when we go to Florida.
They come to our local farmer's market in Davison and I have to buy a smoked fillet every time I stop by. You can't go wrong, I've tried everything from the salmon to catfish!
Best smoked fish. Really like that it is not to salty.
