First brought fish from this place in Eastern Market in Detroit. Your trout and the whitefish was the best I've had. Ann always smiling and offering good tips in cooking and storing your fish Will be making a trip to visit your store in Bay Port.
The employees there are so nice and knowledgeable and the smoke herring is out of this world !
We were there last week, got some yellow perch, smoked whitefish and some salmon spread, chic behind the counter was super cool , fish was awesome great place, see you in june!
The most amazing smoked Atlantic Salmon!!! I'll be back for more.
