Dr. Caven and his team provided great customer service. I was thoroughly impressed with my initial visit. This trip to the dental office was deserves and A+ and I would highly recommend Dr. Caven to anyone.
I have been very happy with my two visits to Dr. Caven's office. Dr. Caven and his staff are very friendly, professional, and compassionate. In the past, I have dreaded going to the dentist. Dr. Caven and his staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. On both of my visits, Dr. Caven spent a lot of time talking to me. He explained, in detail, the cause of certain dental problems. I really appreciated that. I look forward to continuing treatment with Dr. Caven.
There is no equal to Dr.Caven and staff. You will be educated as desired, made comfortable in ways that I had never considered (lip moisturizer? free samples, TV channel preference, sunglasses) as being an inconvenience in the offices before meeting Richard. He holds his staff to the highest standards. He has a new and improved device just about every time I go.

I have had years of dental work for various reasons, the dentist is not my favorite place to be. He is so thorough and has a great staff
My wife and I have had treatment by Dr Caven for a number of years now - he is an excellent dentist, always very caring in the way he is handling the treatment and we trust him completely with any more involved procedures. Furthermore - it is nice to have that phonecall in the evening showing that he is genuinly concerned about your well being! His office is pleasant and the staff very friendly.

My rating is a 5 hands down.Dr.Craven and his staff are awesome, They truly care about your teeth. Dr. Craven's full examination is state-of-the-art and second to none.
