Every doctor in the past has usually performed what I would consider to be excellent service in dentistry - detail, friendliness, and professionalism. Well, that pretty much changed when I visited Dr. Caven for my initial visit. It is very difficult to describe the new level of expectation of quality that this bar has just been raised to. Dr. Caven's manner will put anyone at ease and he really gives you individual attention and care. The hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and also had great "bed-side manner". This office never fails to treat me kindly and do a professional job on my teeth! Great service!!

I was very pleased with my first visit. Excellent customer service...warm friendly staff and thorough exam. Dr. Caven explained everything clearly. I have not gone to a dentist in years due to pain and financial reasons. But I am happy to say I really did not experience pain. I will definitely refer others to Dr. Caven.
