Dr Murphy is great and his nurse is great. The front desk girl, she calls for the appointment reminders, she had no personality and not friendly at all
Dr. Murphy is great but his front desk manager is Rude az heck. She was literally yelling in the phone at me like I was her child. I hung the phone up in her face.
They skip patients and definitely don't follow appointments scheduled, staff is very rude...I made it there for over a year and a half but only because there was no other place to go.. So very sad this is the best you can do, for our area and I have to wonder if the doctor knows that his staff, that he has working there is really what he wants representing his type of care and his office's......he will be definitely be losing patients...I will not be back to the Saraland office..after a year and a half...I will be heading to... read more
Fantastic Doctor! Fantastic Staff! Had terrible ingrown toenail and Dr. Murphy made the procedure painless. I feel better leaving then I did walking in! Thank you again to Bay Podiatry
Staff were great very helpful . Receptionist was very rude pretty sure she is that way with everyone and I am pretty sure nothing's going to be done about her
