I called and made my husband an appointment, explaining to the girl on the phone that I was looking for a provider in network. I explained having called multiple places and feeling frustrated and that I was looking for help. I gave her our insurance information and she told me everything looked good. Once they already performed the procedure, they said they are not actually in network. They likely do this to pay for their fancy office and fluffy sofa. Do not recommend--- money making over patient care.
Dr. Bartruff and his staff are very excellent and very responsive. I am very happy with them and I highly recommend them for your any of your dental needs.
