Parked here for convenient access to the Medical Arts building by the staircase at the southeast corner. The building is a bit worn and the route out was "devious". :-) I thought the price somewhat high.

There is often plenty of parking. The prices are more affordable compared to other parking locations. However, it's dimly lit, graffiti in several areas and the South East stairwell smells of urine.
