We have stayed at this hotel for 4-5 years and I must say this last trip will be our last (AS WELL AS 5 OTHER COUPLES)! The hotel room had new furniture, but the carpets were filthy!!! i would not walk on the carpets without shoes. We had to request a side chair that was missing and when it was bought to the room it was old and dirty. We were welcomed to our room by a several pieces of dog poop, on the patio area. Great Hotel close to the mall walking distance to downtown and warf doggie friendly Crazy horse Restaurant is amazing fun quiet bar in Hotel!! Not all the rooms have been upgraded though.

Very clean with comfortable beds...we arrived before check in time from Los Angeles and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us with an hour early check in. ...I'll be back. . :)
