Bay Park is awesome! pool area and grounds are kept nice and neat, management and maintenance are prompt and detail oriented. they even do community days for tenants. we loved living here, sure you would too!
I like bay park they is so nice to me that why I like it
This place sucks. The pool is gross it looks like it belongs in a horror movie. The manager is rude and likes to trow threats at people if she doesn't like what their doing. The park is trash and is not fit for children to play at. The road and parking has holes all it. And some of the residents must believe this is a retirement community because they like to complain when you do something. Who ever owns this place needs to step in badly.
does anybody know if tis is a good place to live
the apartments needs some tender loving care the management there is very talkative to and about other people which is against all policies. everyone there knows everyones business thanks to the manager there. she talks to much. and things around there don't get done. carpets are nasty dishwashers are bad. floors needs to be changed. I suggest coral bay apartments they are much nicer and cleaner.
It's great. I just love the way we can use the pool for only one month out the whole year.
