Avoid this place like the plague. Roaches no matter how often you try to clean treat or exterminate(or request from maintenance to help.) Your rent will be raised sporadically and recent firing of an apartment manager for doing so. Though back payments have not been reimbursed. Hot water is sparse apparently so Is your electricity. (Even if your lights go out, outside of their office hours good luck contacting them) They’re renovating? You’re in luck! Planned for them to be there Tuesday? Nope! Update* been here almost 4 yrs now and finally leaving. Place is still terrible and management still loves playing games. Still having same issues and being ignored. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Have lived here going on 3 years, started out great but the past year things have been getting worse. Over charged in utilities going back a year or so, V.p. of company admits it and still no refund in my payments, it's "being looked into" is what was said for the past several months. I’ve been living at Baypark Apartments for 10 months now into my one year lease and it has been a nice experience. From day one the staff and maintenance have been professional and friendly.The apartments themselves are well maintained, residents are friendly, and I feel comfortable walking to the store right beside the apartments. The best apartment to live for the past five years so caring and attend to urgent needs without delay. You are the best. The manger is so welcoming and pleasant ever willing.
Love the apartments the staff in the front office are amazing 5 stars for putting out salt during freeze they are always ahead and always willing to help stayed here 2 years and am only moving due to neighbors but you won’t do wrong by choosing here
