I recommend avoiding these apartments at all costs. I lived here for a year and have never been happier to leave an apartment complex. So many issues starting with my washing machine which was broken from the moment I moved in until about half way through my lease. Instead of getting a new washing machine, maintenance brought in broken ones from other units TWICE and I went two weeks without a washing machine on two separate occasions. I would not rent here. I have had issues with leaky window still not fixed. The electrical outlets in my kitchen don’t work and I have never been able to even get them to look at it. Valet trash half the time doesn’t get picked up but I pay for it and have too! Reserved parking is a joke. Several times people have parked in my spot and they send out an email asking the tag number to move. RecommendedI am a current resident in the midst of relocating as the property is under new management, but the new staff have been awesome and I hate to leave. Closing the gap between family and going to Georgia.
Looks at the walls ?!! So gross they dont even clean the green stuff on the wall .. only the back look like this not the front !
Baypark is a great community!! I toured with Xiomara and she is amazing and the manager Jessica is super nice and helpful!
I have a friend that lives here and her apt is just the cutest! Everyone I’ve met walking to her apt is super friendly.
I like the new office staff Jessica. She’s so friendly and a sweet. Always answers my questions or when she out on property she always says hello.
There is a great management team.
