Friendly, professional and all around happy with the results from my oral surgery!! I highly recommend this doctor!!!
I am 67 and this is the 1st tooth I have had to have extracted. Dr. Koch made me feel at ease and had the tooth out quickly and with no pain.
My experience with Dr. Ellis started as a simple extraction procedure before dentures were initiated. This became a bit of a nightmare as one of the "posts" came out - and I developed case of Lichen Planus which has no cure. Dr. Ellis was patient and kind during all of this, which isn't resolved as yet. I trust his expertise and I feel comfortable and totally rely on his treatment.
Dr. Tales was very pleasant, made treatment very comfortable. He was very relatable. I will definitely go back the next time in need of oral care.
I was VERY pleased with Dr. Koch. I was in a 'stressed/emergency' situation and did not have a local dentist to refer me. Dr. Koch was patient, informative and and excellent listener and problem solver.

He was wonderful! My extraction was super quick. Such nice people ar Bay Oral. I had extremely bad anxiety. They were to the point and provided a very calming environment.
Very personable, easy to talk to, seems like he really cares about the patient and my needs.
Dr. Ellis explained my daughter's procedure to her and I very clearly and in terms we could understand. He was extremely personable!
