Excellent experience - if that can actually be said about an extraction! Dr. Lemoine and his staff are consummate professionals. The entire procedure from arrival to exit took less than a half-hour. Hardly enough time to get stressed out!
Very personable.....clear plan of action and details.
Dr. Parmar was amazing. He explained everything to me. It has been 19 years since my surgery (he did not do it.) but he explained it all to me - he explained why my nerve damage is there and how it all connects. I highly recommend him. And if he were to do my surgery, I would trust him 100%
Dr Koch was very thorough as to how the extraction was going to go.. I am one to very anxious about going to the dentist for things like this, but he didn't belittle me in the least for wanting IV sedation.. am actually looking forward to it being done!
Amazing My tooth broke off the night before I walked into the office desperately hoping they could fit me into their schedule They did For someone who has had bad experiences with dentists I was amazed They made me feel so safe and comfortable Thank you so so much

I had an initial consultation with Dr. Lemoine. He was very personable. He explained the next steps in the process and went over all my questions (costs, etc). I was very impressed with his great communication, friendly personality, and professionalism.
He is a very awesome,caring man. He did alot for me at office visit and at NWTC,besides calling me and helping we out alot with Dr referal. Thank you very much
