Dr. Ellis clearly explained exactly what he'd be doing and what to expect. He was very friendly, positive, and professional throughout the preparation and the procedure.
Dr. Ellis was very thorough to explain my situation and the options available to me as possible remedies. The steps of each option was reviewed in depth.
