The removal of this molar was very difficult because two of the three roots were fused together and Dr. Koch had to do extensive drilling to remove the roots. There was no pain during the procedure, but I was dreading the time when the pain drug wore off. That night the pain was mild and the site is healing. I am happy with the result.

I was very nervous and DR L talked to me and made sure I was comfortable before being out out. I woke up just fine and felt like I was taken care of.

Notification on appt--poor. Never told prior of pre appt needs (nothing to eat, what would occur after appt, what you could eat, etc). received notification via text the day before of what the prep was AND that driver required that had to stay there....very poor communication. Day of surgery, received communication verbally, sent home with written info that did not even include all the information discussed. Dr. Parmar is very personable and makes you feel heard, which is hard to find in Healthcare at times. He takes the time to explain everything, answer all of your questions, is realistic yet empathetic, and has a wonderful personality to top it off!

Dr Koch an his nurse are the nicest people to make you feel at ease when you are in the dental chair. They are always telling you step by step what they are doing makes you feel better about being in their care. I would like to Thank both of them for the Great Care they gave me while I was there on 7/ 28/ 2022

It was great. Dr. Ellis is a true professional, explaining everything needing to be done and how, and makes you feel very comfortable throughout each step of the process.

Dr Ellis was very informed of my condition before proceeding. Made me aware of all the consequences and conditions. He was very informative and has a great sense of humor. Took good care of me and his staff did as well. This is 24 hrs later and I'm feeling great. Yes I would definitely recommend going to him.
