Cold Call produced great service. – Joey from Bay Mountain Air showed up on time and was polite and professional. He found a coolant leak in the air conditioner. He added more coolant and discussed the pros and cons of spending more money on our furnace/air conditioners installed 14 years ago. best heating contractor in the bay – I used too work for this compony and the first thing they ask is to be perfict in everything you do. They are a very fast moveing compony that strides for perfection with every job and person that works for them and by no means would anything they do would leak or not work to the best that it can work . Be Cautious – At first, they seemed professional, honest, and reliable. They were contracted to install ventilation in my commercial site. The technician left a huge mess and the roof leaked causing damage to my ceilings. Tech never came back to repair the leak damage as promised. The supervisor was unpleasant. Follow up was difficult and overall I would never recommend to anyone. They are a big company and should definitely spend the time and money to improve their customer service skills. I recommend them to everyone I know – They replaced my air conditioner and heater for me. They were one of the most honest and up front people who have worked on my home. The estimator gives you the real deal.

Avoid At All Costs – We contracted with this company for a new heater and install of central air. During the furnace install the workers failed to put anything down to protect the hardwood floors. They put 2 very large gouges in the floor. We are still wating for them to repair the floor and it's been 6 weeks.
