Seems this business like to hold other peoples money until the court forces them to pay it back. Avoid doing any business . NDIS families getting treated like this, sad is not the word.
Experience here started good. The team were nice etc, did a good test ride and agreed to purchase. First problem was they failed to disclose the device had been previously sold. Upon finding this out and further discussions I decided to proceed, fellinfnunder pressure. After taking home, I put the gps on it to find it did not perform as the salesperson indicated.
