Recommendedexperience from years past and must say I like what they have been doing to the place.
Dont waste your time. Super pricey for crappy windows that grow mold and a 1960s bathroom. Good luck getting your full deposit back even if you made sure it was clean. April is also nice at first and very VERY judgemental. She acts like we are just these people she has to deal with. I do not recommend this place at all. Plenty of other places around bay city that are SO MUCH BETTER.
I own local convenience store in kawkawlin and came here from Detroit. I proud to call bay manor home. Manager welcomed me and son with open arms and very helpful too. Thank you for being so kind. Mr lee
I live alone so money is sometimes tight which is to be expected I guess. I work 2 jobs to pay my bills but never find the time to change my stupid light bulbs in my apartment. As luck would have it, Bay Manor hooked up with the local energy company and we all got free light bulbs which is AWESOME! They are so nice here. My neighbors were very helpful when I was not able to come home and let my baby puppy out to go to the bathroom. The location is pretty sweet and next to Applebee’s “my fave”. It's under new management it was the old manager that was no good I guess I have a beautiful apartment very roomy windows are really good not bad they are pet friendly and if you move in during a special then yes after 12 month special ends and your rent raises it's to be expected it does not raise every year just after first year I have had no problems with neighbors and the ones that have are just complaints about dogs barking all night long i would complain too everyone is friendly maintenance is on site and very quick to... read more
