We went to the new Eagan location last week and my husband and I think it is one of the most flavorful Indian restaurants around. We had chili chicken, a Pershwari Naan (the best I ever tasted), Chicken Tikka Masala and one of the Eggplant dishes. The portion sizes were very generous we each had enough for lunch the next day! We are going back tonight to try more dishes, I will write another review.
Arrived just after opening on a Saturday evening. Service and food were great. Portions are very generous! Tikka Masal and Lamb Rogan Josh were both fantastic. With Garlic Naan and Samosas to round it out, it was some of the best Indian food I've had in the Twin Cities.
Bay Leaf is one of the best Indian restuarants I have been to in the US. The quality of food and taste was par excellence. Finally an Indian restuarant in the the mid-west we can recommend to both our American and Indian friends!. Keep up the great work.

The butter chicken was delicious. Everything was delicious. But especially the butter chicken.
The food smelled good, but the front end was very disorganized. After waiting in line to order and being told to take a table, we still did not even have menus. Spent 20 minutes there and gave up. Would love to give it another shot, but our first experience there was pretty bad.
