I love my therapist here! I've been bounced around for the last five years because my insurance kept changing. I was at another therapist in town and she was ok but her receptionist was rude so I stopped going. You can tell a lot about the quality of an office by how their receptionists act! I definitely don’t want to go back to see them. I have absolutely no confidence that they know what they’re doing. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed by the lack of privacy or confidentiality. The receptionist came in and asked a patients name and then when she didn't recognize it, she asked for her last name.
