I would not recommend it but I here we are under a new management so I hope there will be so big changes here. My place was not clean. When I moved in. The carpet is dirty. It was not clean. The paint job is in my apt is awful. I hope something’s can be done in my apt that should have been done before I moved in. And they clean up the property. After being here about a year and a half, I can honestly say there are problems one after another. Not little ones either! I’ve lost count of the amount of times there’s been no hot water for up to 5 days at a time, even one time there was NO water at all for 4 days!! Of course there was no compensation given, nothing taken off of the bills whatsoever. The office isn’t always open when it’s supposed to be. In the summer the pool is closed more often than open. My family moved in on Oct 27th and have had great experience and love living here ! It is quiet and I absolutely love that!! Amber in the office is very sweet and helpful!!
I've been here almost 2 months now...love it...maintenance is awesome and amber in the office is super awesome sauce!!! Wish I would have moved here sooner...and the lake view is fantastic!
I have been living here for almost 4 months I can't say a bad thing about the place from front office to the maintenance guy they are just amazing they always seem to go above and beyond what I think.
I just moved in about 3 days ago and I love living here! My boyfriend and I are comfortable and happy we are so glad we chose Bay Island got a quick and easy move in process.

Lived there for a year and enjoyed our stay....but there was one issue--roaches. Oh the roaches! It was traumatizingly horrible. We did our best to keep it clean and did everything we could to keep them out, but there were so many cracks in the walls and gaps in the roof that they just came right in. I was so ready for our lease to be up so we could get out of there! I'm seriously still traumatized by that experience 😖😱.
