Their online account portal is from the last century in terms of user experience. Fields don't auto populate. Confirmations and flow of controls is not intuitive. eg. clicking Proceed button just refreshes the page and does not actually proceed. Until you realize there is a missing checkbox. etc.
I got bill by e mail , don't even know for what for,the date what's on it ,it is very suspicious,I didn't see any doctor that day or this year yet???and costumer service playing classical music,no person to talk to:/
Seems to be a pattern here, maybe cause it’s Dr owned they don’t send paper bills? But also got sent to collections for a bill I was not aware of! Also didn’t pick this group or know they would be billing me
