Well clearly, not just me as they have a 1.2, and 1 is the lowest score. I went to BASS, they sent the images to Bay Area Imaging (not my choice), nothing that was ordered by my cardiologist was read by the radiologist here. They still billed my insurance a crazy amount. Multiple calls to the office and they still have not done a proper read of the image. THE WORST. (Please note most of my reviews of medical services are positive. I am not easy to upset, but I am very unhappy with these people).
Was yelled at, cut off, and disrespected by the customer service agent. Was incredibly rude when I tried to clarify different information given by different people including the location I went to. Would avoid them at all cost. They also don’t share pricing in advanced (surprise bill in California)
Sent my bill to collections after sending me a paper bill to an address I moved from even though I had selected eStatements. No notice they would do that. Should be illegal. Now a collection agency has my personal information. This business is horrible!! Stay Away at all costs.
They won't stop calling you, even when you say you dont want to be on their call list.
I went to see Dr. at John Muir and my doctor ordered some X-ray for the bone density, my lower back and mammogram in different times respectively. When I received the invoice, I called them to pay and found out there was additional charges from Mammogram. I asked why I got charged for mammogram which is the preventive lab service and they said that the lab service is free but the reading is the extra charge.
