They are always friendly and helpful. When there was a potential of a hurricane hitting Mobile, they made sure my wife had extra oxygen tanks in case the power had gone out. Today called Bay Medical. Problem with oxygen concentrator and they sent out a nice gentleman to replace it. Perfect service Hurricane coming, they made sure my wife had plenty of oxygenand tubingfor the storm, .they are the best
Poor service & knowledge about how to serve the consumers. They promise but don't deliver on those promises. Doesn't know what a courtesy call back is when they can't make it as promised.
