Jade at Bay Hair Design in Hervey Bay is absolutely brilliant. I was travelling through and desperately needed a cut and colour, and the salon kindly squeezed me in the same day. Jade’s attention to detail was exactly what I needed — she’s skilled, friendly, and genuinely cares about getting it right. I walked out feeling fresh, tidy, and completely revived. Highly recommend. Short notice appointment for a full head of blonde foils. Appointment was on time, service and staff friendliness was outstanding and my hair turned out brilliant. No breakage trimmed up nicely and not over tonned and really well priced! Thanks ladies! I'll be back!!!

I finally got around to booking an appointment to have my hair thinned and trimmed, and I was not disappointed!! Giearhn took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered great advice, and did an amazing job. All of the staff were wonderful and my autistic daughter who has never let anyone cut her hair even felt so comfortable she wants hers done next time!! I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be going back!
