Brought my Audi due to some leak. Mark was very helpful and attentive to my concern. Left my car under his care and I am very happy with the outcome and he explained well the cause of problem. Mark is friendly and good to deal with. It was all worth driving close to two hours to get to his shop having the peace of mind and trust that my car is in good hands.

10多年前同事们和我去他家，态度还可以、水平还凑活。但这家店近些年态度和服务越来越差，水平一般般，老板满口谎言，忽悠你来之后，可以立马处理，结果要等一个多小时。后来老板说不等你就走。我果断走人，不会再来这个店了。奉劝大家也不要来了，附近态度好的水平高的有的是。 Over 10 years ago, my colleagues and I went to his place. I've been to this auto repair shop a few times, and **each time they damaged something that didn't even need fixing**. The first couple of times I thought it was just bad luck, **but now I'm convinced they're just too careless**. On top of that, their prices are too high, and the receptionist is rude and unprofessional.
