bad service/attitude. lacking expertise. no service ethics. was there for a brake disc replacement but technician Mr Ip had my electric parking system messed up. initially i was concerned but the system was able to function occasionally and he was so confident its working perfectly. couple days later ending up malfunctioned. the worst part he did not admit it was hes inexpertise and lack of ethics. i had to find dealership myself and spend couple hundred dollars for a part replace and system reset. think twice when u choose ... read more
Brought my Audi due to some leak. Mark was very helpful and attentive to my concern. Left my car under his care and I am very happy with the outcome and he explained well the cause of problem. Mark is friendly and good to deal with. It was all worth driving close to two hours to get to his shop having the peace of mind and trust that my car is in good hands.
