The staff there are very knowledgeable and they take .good care of you and the location is convenient .

Excellent service all of the way around, from the receptionists to staff that worked with me.
Unfortunately as sound as the optical care is, the customer service needs an overhaul. I just spoke to two different "receptionists" to confirm they would be open until I could arrive to pick up my glasses. Mind you THEY CALLED ME to inform me my glasses were ready for pickup. I arrive only to find the office closed early due to the snow (that ironically already came and went)! They could have at least been honest and let me know they were closing early. And to think...I passed at least 20 other places to come here. Won't ha... read more
