Excellent service. My car is completed in a timely manner, with no problems. Prices are great and never feel like I'm being cheated for labor or parts. I have piece of mind always, and travel from CT to Bay Diagnostics. I've been going there for years and will not trust anyone else with both my BMW and Range Rover. I highly recommend Bay Diagnostics, for their service, their experience, their knowledge, and their kindness.
I have finally found a local, state-of-the art auto repair facility with professional owners, up-to-date trained staff and all of the OEM diagnostic tools needed to take loving care of my cars. I recently brought in my '12 VW Passat with 65K miles for front-end work. The work was done in a day and the car rides like new. Oh yeah, and it cost 33% less than the quote I got from the VW dealership!

Was preparing for the College run and the check engine light came on. Codes were indicating cam shaft and timing issues but car ran okay. Wanting piece of mind for our trips I called the dealer to get an appointment. Dealer said he had an opening in 10 days.... Can you believe that, 10 days. A friend suggested Bay Diag. Been going to Bay Diagnostics since 07/08 getting Dinan work on my 6 series, fair/honest and upfront! Wouldn't go Anywere else. Now I've been getting my Range Rover serviced there since I drove it out of the showroom. Wouldn't have it any other way
