they came even before their scheduled time and as always, did a thorough inspection and found no issues. Did maintenance on our humidifier and it is functioning correctly as expected. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their work. Glad we got them to do our first encapsulation and their annual inspections.
In nearly 50 years of living, I've dealt with my fair share of contractors. Bay went above & beyond. Their crew was outstanding & professional. No question was left unanswered. Very pleased with the job. Professional and engaged staff in both the main office as well as the technicians that came to the house to do the job. Paul and Jeff did a great job with the electrical installation, they went through the whole process with me. Josh and Aaron did a very professional job with the overall installation. All of the folks at Bay were flexible with my schedule and provided good updates on job timing. they were always on time! I highly recommend them!

Bay Foundation an amazing contractor from the inspection to completion work was performed professionally and on time . Matt and Austin were on time provided pictures and description of their work.You can live in the crrawl space it is clean and smells great.All the employees on this job were exceptional.I would highly recommend them
Bay has done an amazing job. All of their crews have been great. Shout out to James(*****), Jimmy *** Steven, James * (spray tech), Nate, Marquay, Jabree, Mathew, & Paul & Jeff (electricians). The project manager, Ben, the office staff and every crew kept us informed about what they were doing and why, which we really appreciated. Fantastic work at a lower price we were quoted by other companies! Everyone at Bay was great to work with and we highly recommend them.
Great experience from start to finish. The inspection was scheduled quickly, and during the inspection, David brought several issues to my attention that other large crawl space companies had missed or not mentioned during their inspections. He walked me through the issues he found and provided several reasonable options for how to proceed depending on the extent of work I wanted completed and available budget.
