I have lived here for five years. There have been multiple consistent issues. The first is dog poop. I have been asking them to fix the dog poop issue for five years and they have never fixed it. It is everywhere but in the dog park. The landscaping is awful. There are irrigation issues throughout the property. This makes the grass extremely swampy and between the dog poop and swamp you cannot enjoy walking around in the grass period. Which is a shame.
