Will charge you for services they didn't do. Their service doesn't work at all. Why because they apply it in the rain. You can never talked to a manager and their response is. It will take ***** days for anyone to call you back. They will keep your credit card on file and automatic charge you even if you cancel your agreement. Tru Green are your flat out crooks and should not be allowed to Do business.

I had Aeration/Seed job on 04/16/2024, they came and did Aeration only, no seeding. They charged both Aeration/Seed plus one year weed control services from my credit card already.I called them, they said they will call back in two business days, no one called me after two business days so I called back, they said they rescheduled the service on 04/22/2024 and they didn't come. Destroyed my lawn, called several times to have someone come out to look at it, but no one came out. Called several times and each time was lied to by management. The last person I spoke to was *** who promised to resolve the issue but I never heard back from him. My yard is over taken by weeds on one side the other side is dead!

I have signed up to have my yard to have a nice greener grass. I was very optimistic about it at first, than I notice alot of dead grass in my yard. I have contacted them, they claim that they can spray my yard for insects that are killing my grass for more money. I have declined , as I know it's a money grab. It's a shame my lawn is the only 1 around that had dead grass with True Green and my neighbors do not. We have had alot of rain this year and no need for dead grass. (In Wisconsin) I canceled my service a few months ago, because I have plans on redoing my yard, in doing this I had to go through a series of questions and getting re-quoted how many times when I just don’t want the service right now. I have been with True Green for 3 years now back to back with the same type of issues with service and quality, they have not lived up to their name. Weed control is barely 70%. Multiple calls a year and all they can offer is redoing things they were supposed to do right the first time. I get tons of sales calls asking me to add services but no one that seem to actually care about the bread and butter of their existence. I am being harassed via phone and text. I have blocked True Green, spoke with True Green to request removal of contact information. I have moved, and they still will not remove me from marketing scams. I stopped using them due to lack of knowledge on their part on how to help with basic lawn care and feeding. I was given generic statements proving they just don't get it. BUYER BEWARE. Now I understand why they are not an accredited company.
