RecommendedHighly recommend these apartments! Everyone is friendly staff wise and they do a good job of keeping the complex clean. Great sense of community! If you're looking for something well kept with great customer service I couldn't recommend this place more.

I went in today to inquire about leasing an apartment. However, when I walked in, I was greeted with unprofessionalism and horrible customer service. The lady behind the desk seemed to be irritated because I took her away from her looking at her phone. I asked if there was any 2 bedroom apartments available. She answered "Yeah, June 12, its 735, anything else?" I asked if there was one I could see. She said you have an ID and when I produced it, she sighed heavily and just got up. The staff is awesome, and they handle any issues quickly and with a good attitude. We are minutes from the Airfield Gate, so it happened to be the perfect location for commuting to and from work (not having to deal with Main Gate traffic). Rent and deposits are extremely fair, especially when comparing to other apartments in the area. Bay Colony is truly a gem of a community.
The staff makes this apartment community one of the BEST in Killeen! Always willing to go above and beyond to make living here amazing experience!
