They have plenty of machines, the renovations they did a couple years ago are great however they really need to keep up with their cleaning. The floors are absolutely disgusting, today I’ve see a few tissues across the gym floor, really stained floors, do they ever mop it? And the showers are dirty. For the price tag they should have around the clock cleaning while members are working out just like lifetime! Wondering what time of the Day the prior review goes? First comment. I️ don’t know anyone paying $300. It’s $270 to start and join a group and can quickly lower to $150pp I’ve never seen more than 1/2 the machines in use. Especially the treadmill kind. But that’s only with going 3x a week for 2 years. PS. Pix are from a Saturday afternoon “peak time” per Google.
A bit dated. The Gym is OK, but I have seen better for much lower prices.
I have not tried any of the personal training services yet, but this gym has great facilities. If you read my review of LifeTime, you'll see that one of the reasons I gave up founding member perks was due to cheap equipment. Bay Club has expensive treadmills and expensive recovery tools. To me, Bay Club has more serious fitness people in attendance and while it does get busy during peak hours (like after work or late morning Saturdays), I've never had problems getting my workout completed or been able to work in. The facility is pretty nice but don’t bother trying to get any help from the staff. I don’t know how many times now I have emailed, called, and went in person to try tonight answers to questions we have. I just get promised a call back when we phone or stop by in person. For the amount they charge for a membership you’d think they were a little more helpful.
