Regrettably, the opening hours at this location are not favorable. Additionally, the cleaning staff’s behavior is inappropriate, as they approach customers with a confrontational demeanor and demand to leave the gym immediately. If an automated system or pager were implemented to remind customers of the closing time maybe a couple of 15mins before closure , similar to Equinox, it would be more acceptable. Absolutely not worth the money. We pay close to 600 for a family membership and the “kids club” is basically unusable. My wife and I can barely finish a workout before someone comes to interrupt us and tell us to get our kids. Happens constantly. If your entire selling point is luxury family fitness with childcare, maybe train your employees how to actually work with kids. This gym markets itself as a high-end family gym but the experience has been terrible. We’re paying almost $700 every month mainly because of the daycare benefit, yet most workouts get interrupted because staff can’t seem to handle children for more than a short period of time. 1 star for poor billing experience. Cancelled my membership with plenty of advance notice and still got the next 2 full months charged on the account. Customer support told me to screw myself and stopped responding. Couldn't just tell credit card company to cancel the charges because it was a group plan with members still active. I had been a customer off and on for about 4 years and they wouldn't give me the time of day when I had an issue. Basically just stole my money at the end.

For nearly $300 a month, Bay Club Walnut Creek has become one of the worst gym experiences I’ve had. The club is massively overcrowded to the point where finding parking takes 20–30 minutes almost every visit, and every member I talk to complains about the same issue. It’s clear they’ve overfilled memberships far beyond what the facility can realistically handle. The locker rooms are also consistently disappointing.
