The bay club has policies about canceling and suspending membership that are extremely unreasonable. I became pregnant while I was a member and there was a big hassle with getting a suspension- they didn't consider third trimester pregnancy a medical reason for leave + they wanted me to pay 30% while I was gone. Upon canceling my membership they told me I need a FULL month notice. I called on October 2nd and they told me that my last month would have to be November. This USED to be a fabulous health club. We know they're closing next month, but their hours have been changed. We were told they would remain the same: M-Th 5-11, F 5-10, Sat-Sun 7-8. This is not the case. They're NOW M-F 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, Sat-Sun 7:00 am, 1:00 pm. WE ALREADY PAID $150/month for our previous hours. Bay Club at Santana Row LIED to us and their employees! This is inexcusable.
