I've been stopping here for years after leaving westport and I've always loved the Teriyaki beef sticks! But we stopped in on our way home this weekend and ours were frozen so we couldn't eat them right away. By the time they thawed we were already home (an hour away). If you return them, and show us what you are talking about we will give you a full refund. Our sticks are softer than any gas station stick you will find, as we use minimal preservatives. We highly recommend their pepperoni sticks. They have the best tasting pepperoni I have ever had. Everytime, for years when we are in West Port visiting Mom, stopping at Bay City Sausage is a must!
