Never had a meal here that wasn't delicious and cooked to perfection. Always a good time, with great service and a relaxed atmosphere.
Horrible service! Just went there for father's day dinner & we will never again! You get more for what you pay for at Red Lobster! On top of it all they worked in their own tip on our check! Ridiculous! Our waiter did not deserve what she got! So angry right now!

We apologize for your experience. However if nothing is said when the problem arises we can not fix it. It sounds as though these problems could have been easily fixed for you. A table of 6 or more is standard for adding 18% gratuity. Again, please accept our apologies.
