Very good first visit. The doctor and staff were extremely helpful and professional. I am a poor patient when it comes to a dentist, but the doctor was patient and did an excellent job of taking care of me. Very calm and relaxed about my next appointment.
Had all my teeth extracted. Everyone in office was very nice to me. Highly recommend their office.
Nice reception. Very professional. Clean and orderly. On time. Like the pre visit on-line forms and pre and post texts, email. Procedures went as explained. I'll be returning as long as I'm in Bay City or close by.

Had severe tooth pain and called them shortly after 8am. I was an unknown person to them and not a patient here before this (I am now!). At 10:00am I was walking out of the office after having a badly abscessed and cavity filled tooth removed. Had medical issues to deal with (type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure medication) but the staff and Dr. Kais were sensational. Even made an appointment for a cleaning before leaving.
RecommendedMy 2 year old son had his first appointment with Dr. Picard. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. My son loved the train table in the waiting area. He was welcomed by the very friendly staff. Dr. Picard made the exam very quick and easy (he never cried or was scared) I would definitely recommend this office!!
I have been here several times over the course of several years. I can't say enough amazing things about this place. They do amazing work in every area of dentistry that I have had to deal with them on. I have a really hard time going to the dentist and the Dr. and his assistant always go so far out of their way to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. I know it makes it extremely hard for them when I have such a hard time and get really worked up but they never loose their patience with me and they always comfort me an... read more
