Called into your store today for spares, three staff were doing something with the till no more than a metre away (yes all three) they new we were there and totally ignored us. We stood at the counter for a while till we had had enough (I was with my wife) then left...went to Honda up the road what a difference polite helpful great service. Suggest you take a leaf out of their book, will never return to your store as you are obviously far to busy for customers. Every time we are in store which is at least twice a month as we are regulars and purchased multiple bikes from here we are always ignored and it takes 20-30mins to get served, staff are extremely under qualified and have no real idea what they are talking about if you know your bikes your better off going online then in store.
Serious lack of customer service and knowledge on purchased products and services. I went around the corner to Sunstate Motorcycles and was looked after the minute I walked through the door, no hassles. Disappointed!!!
I normally purchase online for my CRF 450x, but this time I have decided to get a price from a local guy. The tyres I have requested were cheaper than online and in stock. The salesman most helpful on other enquires as well. 5 stars on that one.
