Great service! We done a repower with a new 60hp merc on an older boat. The guys have been amazing from first contact to first 12 month service! Can’t wait for the next chapter of doing business with baycity. Well this was a 5 star but the service has definitely declined. Unless your spending thousands they don’t wanna do shit
BUYERS BEWARE: This is a shoddy and dishonest dealership, reinforced as such from Owner Scott down to the floor staff. I made the mistake of trusting their appraisal of a boat I bought from them, they lied about almost every aspect of the condition of the boat, the trailer which was promised to be workshop tested and wasn’t (not even roadworthy) almost killed us on the highway! I was blackmailed by this business to take down my past accurate review. I attempted to warn other consumers of the shady and non transparent pricing this business provides. However I was forced to take it down or they wouldn't provide my insurer with the information they required for our claim. The insurer are now dealing with them directly for the amount they overcharged (over $2000). Very poor service quoted $450 min to max $650 over phone no call to let know price is $899.75 no call to let know service is done and boat ready for collection had to call 3 times no return call Very poor service from service manager
