Super high crippling bills with unexpected rate increases often... steer clear of bay city if you’re a young couple starting out like we are... unless you can afford a utility bill in excess of 300$
Inconsistent
Extremely high priced services. Little to no help for low income families. Other than their “low income protection” which doesn’t lower the bill at all it just spreads it out. Then once protection is over a large lump sum is owed. Also we’ve had several uninformed rate increases over the last few months... do not recommend. Wish I could give zero stars

Think it should be dismantled. Public utilities are a waste of taxpayer dollars. Duplication of service with Consumer's Energy.
