I live in the south end of bay city and the power has been going out at lease once a month last week july 5th 2109 power went out than power came back on and poped a breaker never had that problem before I am worried that that a surge could burn out my TV, FRIDGE,MICROWAVE,SO ON Not sure why this problem can not be fixed

3/5 stars in my book. pros:the employees have always been friendly and they do correct outages in the south end usually within a few hours, however, cons: we've had 2 brown outs this week alone (today's is now a black out,) the utilities are very high, and i work from home so this is literally is time and money for me. to get certification from bcelp to verify the outage, they demand a foia request. so 1.5 hours of missed work costs me $30 in cancellation fees (i teach online) $30 salary, i may lose my chance at a raise next... read more
