Nice reception. Very professional. Clean and orderly. On time. Like the pre visit on-line forms and pre and post texts, email. Procedures went as explained. I'll be returning as long as I'm in Bay City or close by.
My experiences here have always been great..all staff are very friendly..and Dr.Kase is awesome!!

Had severe tooth pain and called them shortly after 8am. I was an unknown person to them and not a patient here before this (I am now!). At 10:00am I was walking out of the office after having a badly abscessed and cavity filled tooth removed. Had medical issues to deal with (type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure medication) but the staff and Dr. Kais were sensational. Even made an appointment for a cleaning before leaving.
I have been here several times over the course of several years. I can't say enough amazing things about this place. They do amazing work in every area of dentistry that I have had to deal with them on. I have a really hard time going to the dentist and the Dr. and his assistant always go so far out of their way to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. My family had been going to Bay City Dental for about 5 years.. The adult dentist is awesome, very friendly and makes sure your comfortable... The children's dentist is very caring and gentle. He makes sure the whole time that your children are relaxed & not feeling anything.. They truly care about each of their patients...
