I came in with my sick rabbit. They diagnosed her with GI stasis and told me a change in diet would clear things up. She started getting worse so I called again. The receptionist told me she would call back and I waited three hours without hearing back. I called again and they informed me the doctor was leaving early and couldn’t see her. I drove two and a half hours to Barrie to have her seen. At Allendale Vet they informed me her condition was life threatening and immediate action should have been taken.
