not a great experience – I'm an athlete who sustained a major back injury. I went in to Trina hoping to get better, but some of the exercise machines she had me do made it worse... She insisted I work on these machines even after I told her that I was uncomfortable on them. She also spoke down to me and was very disrespectful. I trusted this woman with my body and the future of my athletic endeavors and she treated me like garbage.
