Brought my car in for repair after bumper damage, friendly staff, informative on updates, and AAA communication with them was great too
Very disappointed with this body shop. Just one week after the repair, the door edge protector strip started coming loose. They fixed it once, but it came off completely again shortly after. It has now been a month with no proper resolution. I understand parts can be delayed, but the lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing .
