Bay Cabinets was hired to provide outdoor cabinets, paid the 60% deposit in May 2023 with a promised delivery date of 6-8 weeks. To date, they have not provided the cabinetry or issued a refund for the money they were paid. The prior owner, Dave Young, nor the two new owners, Jarrett or Cory, are trustworthy. Nothing but continuous lies. If you can think up an excuse, i.e. multiple vacations, health problems, financial hardships, new owners, and so on, it has been said. Such a shame. This company gets zero stars!

I have to say was apprehensive to use this company since there were some reviews that are less than savory from a while back. However after calling, I found out the company was purchased and has new ownership. Scheduled a walkthrough with them. They helped me look over counter options. It was super easy and everyone was super helpful. I was very satisfied with my experience, I’d recommend giving them try. I was not disappointed.
