As a retired veteran who has resided at Bay Breeze for about 15 years, I think you will find all the apartments in this 89014 area pretty much the same in terms of price. At Bay Breeze what stands out in my view is the consistently kind and respectful friendly service from the Office & Maintenance Management Teams, who make every effort to keep Bay Breeze Apartments a quiet & safe place to live. They are very responsive if called upon, and they do a great job of maintaining the grounds & communnity amenities.

I give this little apt complex 5 stars for 3 reasons. 1. Location- perfect to get to the airport or the strip quickly and in a very green part of Henderson. 2. Keondra the leasing agent was so awesome, super professional but so warm and friendly at the same time, made me feel at home from day 1! And 3. The maintenance guys were great, always quick to fix any issues and friendly.
A real shame I never read the reviews before renting. The biggest problem here is the noiseissue. Nearly every tenant owns a dog here, and when these lonely dogs bark the entire day - you must listen. We also have kids who race on scooters and rollerblading the whole day. You are lucky if they didn't hit you. The office staff changes every few weeks.No property manager. Tenants move out of this apartment complex faster than they can rent it out. I plan to move out as soon as my lease expires.
DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE Started out with small issues with the property until the end when it became major. The set up of the apts are inconvenient, parking is a nightmare, plumbing is horrible (need to flush the toilets multiple times), was told the handheld sprayer (kitchen sink) was for show so it doesnt work.
