A real shame I never read the reviews before renting. The biggest problem here is the noiseissue. Nearly every tenant owns a dog here, and when these lonely dogs bark the entire day - you must listen. We also have kids who race on scooters and rollerblading the whole day. You are lucky if they didn't hit you. The office staff changes every few weeks.No property manager. Tenants move out of this apartment complex faster than they can rent it out. I plan to move out as soon as my lease expires.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE Started out with small issues with the property until the end when it became major. The set up of the apts are inconvenient, parking is a nightmare, plumbing is horrible (need to flush the toilets multiple times), was told the handheld sprayer (kitchen sink) was for show so it doesnt work. I want to give a 5 star review to Ms. Keondra Braxton, the assistant manager and the maintenance crew, Jose and Alfonso. Ms. Braxton is fairly new, but she has by far been the best property manager I've ever had. She is professional, attentive, and courteous. On top of all that she is always dressed so nicely and is a pleasant person to talk to. I’m going to give one star for this apartment I live for one year I have filed a complaint for my landlord about my old downstairs neighbor who keep hitting my floors due my kids walking they don’t allow my kids that has autism to live there we keep getting more then one complaint from my downstairs neighbors about my kids make up nose and the they all trun off the the water with out let us know and they keep send update about what need to be fixed in the apartment but never came at all .
