DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE Started out with small issues with the property until the end when it became major. The set up of the apts are inconvenient, parking is a nightmare, plumbing is horrible (need to flush the toilets multiple times), was told the handheld sprayer (kitchen sink) was for show so it doesnt work. As a retired veteran who has resided at Bay Breeze for about 15 years, I think you will find all the apartments in this 89014 area pretty much the same in terms of price. At Bay Breeze what stands out in my view is the consistently kind and respectful friendly service from the Office & Maintenance Management Teams, who make every effort to keep Bay Breeze Apartments a quiet & safe place to live. They are very responsive if called upon, and they do a great job of maintaining the grounds & communnity amenities.
