The best place to live in Daphne. Wonderful office staff that are concerned about the tenants. It is peaceful and beautiful. When there is a problem in your apartment, the maintenance crew handles it quickly. It's a great place to live!

I’m typically not one to write reviews but this is one that needs to be mentioned. Got home this afternoon to my apartment running roughly the same temperature as the gates of hell. The AC unit had gone out. After some initial troubleshooting, I realized I didn’t have the knowledge nor toolset to fix the issue.
