I’m typically not one to write reviews but this is one that needs to be mentioned. Got home this afternoon to my apartment running roughly the same temperature as the gates of hell. The AC unit had gone out. After some initial troubleshooting, I realized I didn’t have the knowledge nor toolset to fix the issue. Been here for 1 year and bay breeze and its staff has been amazing!! From the office to the workers that keep up the property they are top knotch!!! Thank yall bay breeze!!!

Cons: 1. Low ceiling; 2. The design is outdated, and after you move in, you will notice that the landlord/property owner didn’t spend much money building this apartment. 3. You can keep hearing your upstairs neighbor running and jumping; 4. One side window, so the apartment is dark. Pros: 1. Because there is only a side window, it’s relatively cool during the summer. 2. The maintenance staffs provide a prompt response and support
