Nice apartment complex that has a lovely outdoor area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge area and a pool. The two bedrooms units are quite spacious, with a small patio. Some apartments have an in-unit laundry.
Kathy is the greatest. She has a wonderful personality and she has her stuff together. Apartments themselves are great, they are spacious and welcoming. The community is quiet but nice and cordial in passing.
Great place to live! Its very quiet here, sometimes I would forget I had neighbors because I rarely heard them. Management also seemed to always to jump on things very quickly, usually the same day.
Not only is this property beautiful, it is SO quiet! A hidden gem. The staff was very prompt in helping me get in quickly and always answered my questions. Absolutely love that I chose this as home for my children and I.
The best place to live in Daphne. Wonderful office staff that are concerned about the tenants. It is peaceful and beautiful. When there is a problem in your apartment, the maintenance crew handles it quickly. It's a great place to live!
