We just recently moved into Bay Breeze and are very pleased with the experience. Kimberly made the application and move in process easy and enjoyable. The unit is clean, spacious, and quiet. The complex is well lit and appears to be a safe environment. The amenities are well maintained and the landscaping is appealing. I am new to the area. I instantly had a good feeling about living at Bay Breeze when I met Kimberly at the office for a tour. I have looked at several locations and hands down this is the best experience I've had. I am sure my dog and I will like living here. The staff are friendly and very helpful with any needs. I lived at Bay Breeze for 3 years and it was a wonderful experience! The staff are all very attentive and always quick to respond to anything you need. I loved attending the occasional apartment community cookouts and getting to know my neighbors as well. Special shoutout to Kimberly and Alicia for being so wonderful the entire time I lived there. Highly recommend!
Bay Breeze is the best decision I could make at this point in my life. Great people in the office, Kim and Alicia are best at what they do! The location is perfect, quiet, super well maintained, and perfectly planned. I love coming HOME after a long day at work, knowing I’m safe, secure and able to use the amazing array of facilities.
