I scheduled my full eye exam and the experience here was awesome, they did a very thorough exam, and also I told them the claim limit for my new glasses covered by my insurance and they managed to find a pair that was fully covered. Service was great, highly recommend the place and Dr Ayushie
Latest visit with Dr. Lakhanpal. Efficient and knowledgable. If you need to visit an eye doctor but looking for someone who masks for their patients this is the one to see!
I had a great experience at this optometrist clinic. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and there was almost no waiting time. I went in for an eye exam and was quickly seen by the first staff member who started the initial tests right away. The doctor then welcomed me and continued with the rest of the examination. Very disappointing experience. My appointment time was not met and after a long wait I was told that if i was in a hurry I should come back on a different date. I was not even given an estimate of when they would take me in. Why makes an appointment time if you don't keep it. Added response to the response from owner: Simply not true. My appointment was for 10:30 not 10:35, I asked when I'd been seen at 10:45, you were unable to give me even an estimate.
Really professional, and patient when it came to choosing my new glasses, highly recommend!
