Great chicken and waffles
They may have been voted best chicken but.....with "OK" chicken comes with HORRIBLE customer service!! Tonight was our second visit to this establishment the first time was OK except for after the long ride there and the long wait...... then back home to boynton beach only to find out they forgot half the order. The wings were missing :( Sooo we call and they tell us ok come back and get them... I was not about to load the kids back up in the car to go back to West Palm... I absolutely LOVE this place !!!
Very disappointed in the service. My boyfriend brought me to the Okeechobee location yesterday for breakfast for my birthday and we sat down and twenty minutes went by and no one came to serve us NOT only that as we got up to leave the guy cleaning the tables said oh no one came to help you we said no and he kept cleaning the tables. So we happily went to IHOP.
