Tom, the owner, is very kind, patient and professional. He is very honest and clear in explaining the possible root cause and solution to my water heater problem on the phone and still came over to my place to evaluate the situation and estimates even though there's another technician on the job by the time he arrives. Really appreciate the kind understanding and professionalism.

BBK did a great job remodeling a bathroom and upgrading the laundry room in our fifty year old house. This was the second time we hired them; they remodeled our other bathroom a few years ago and did a great job on that one too. Everyone on the team was professional and skillful, easy to work with, and they kept us in the loop every day so we always knew how things were going and what to expect in the schedule.

What started out as a cleaning of our shower door wheels and tracks turned into an entire bathroom remodel. My husband accidentally broke our shower door when cleaning it and when removing the old track I broke the tile that it was attached to and found wood rot under our tile. BBK did a great job on our bathroom remodel. We knew vaguely what we wanted and Tom helped guide us to reliable material vendors and also factored in the building codes as applicable to our fairly old house. They did not make any assumptions and consulted us for any decisions along the way as surprises popped up, as they do with old houses. The subcontractors he used were all first rate.
